We’re working to be as sustainable as possible so our Café menu changes regularly. Showcasing seasonal produce, you’ll find brunch classics like Shakshuka topped with Crispy Iberico Chorizo and of course a Dry Cured Bacon Sarnie, alongside our tasty lunch specials.

If you’re in the mood for a more relaxed affair, then our Deli Boards are perfect with a glass or two of wine. Take a seat in the window, watch the world go by and nibble on a selection of the best cheese & charcuterie we have in the counter that day (along with chutney, bread and pickles or course). Take a look at our menus.

Our coffee is roasted by Tom over at Red Bank Coffee. His Coniston roastery produces incredible small batch coffee with quality, traceability and sustainability at its heart. Penny Rock, our house bean, is their Great Taste Award winning coffee from Daterra, Brazil. With great body, deep chocolate notes and stone-fruit sweetness, it’s best enjoyed with a slice of cake and a deep breath of relaxation.

Of course, the joy of having a café in our shop is that we can champion the meat on our Butcher’s counter or the speciality ingredients you’ll find on our shelves.

The Black Pudding on your breakfast is made in house by our Butcher, then sliced and cooked to order. The Cheese & Chive Scone you’re tucking into – it’s been whipped up that morning by our chef with traditional Cave Aged Cheddar and vivid green chives and, if you want a touch of sweetness, served with Fruity Tomato Chutney hand-made just 9 miles away – now that’s fresh!
